You can also just visit at your convenience. You can also check “Latest Activity” to see what is happening in topics not subscribed.

Step 5: Add some information about yourself in your profile and/or create a blog Ex: Thom as shown in the Member List
Step 6: Subscribe to Forums and Topics of interest. You will get notifications of updates as you set under notifications (None, On (instant like a mail list/ message group), Daily digest, Weekly Digest. You will be able to read the update and have a link if you wish to reply.
Step 7: Post to your forums/topics of interest! Several Forums are embedded on BAMA web pages so your race report with photos’s are automatically updated to the website.
